ResumeCoach showcases the standard features offered by most DIY online resume-building tools. It’s a fairly easy-to-use process that starts with the selection of a professional template and then takes the user through a step-by-step system that populates each section of the template with text. But this site offered a few excellent features that we rarely (if ever) see on other sites.

Specifically these two features stood out:

ATS systems can serve as a benefit or an obstacle to job seekers, but a customized resume format can help move applicant resumes out of the database and into the hands of a human reader. 2. This site is also mobile optimized, so users can create resumes and make spur-of-the moment edits using phones or tablets. We like that feature, since modern jobseekers are always in motion.
